Friends since the mid 1980's,  Fred Cole and Allen Turner both have degrees in Musical Instrument Technology from Morrisville State College. They turned their love of music into a full time job, partnering to bring you the finest quality merchandise and superior craftsmenship for your instrument repairs.

Wind and Wire Music is located at the former Black River Music store located on Public Square, an intricate part of historical downtown Watertown, New York. It's the Renaissance of a great North country store.

Fred and Allen offer new and used instruments of all kinds, accessories, sheet music, instrument repair services, and a rent-to-own and purchase options.
